- NJ Commuter Compliance

- Effective March 20th 2020, any employer with 20 or more employees in NJ must offer transit benefits. Fines will range from $100 – $250 for non-compliance
- We will supply employers with a Free “compliance” kit that they can use during open enrollment and for new hires.
- If nobody elects, no further action is needed. If someone elects, we can set up a plan for them at $300 annually and $6.50 PEPM.
